Product Review: SAN's Platinum Isolate Supreme

Product Review: SAN's Platinum Isolate Supreme

Trying to find a great protein powder may be really confusing and costphotoly.  For one, all the labels claim to be the most pure, fastest acting, best tasting, well you see where I am getting at.  My favorite protein powder of choice is San Nutrition's Platinum Isolate Supreme in Creme Brûlée flavor.  Aside from it being a superb quality protein complete with 1.4 grams of glutamine and  over 7 grams of BCAA's per serving, this protein is lactose/sugar/fat free.  I can use this right up to show date during contest preparation!  Also, the really low sodium content is a plus too!

Another huge factor why I love this protein is the taste!!!  The rich creamy taste is like eating dessert.  It's such a treat mixed in my AM oats.  Did I also mention I use it as coffee and tea creamer?  I drink a ton of green tea, and being that I can't have any lactose or creamers, a little bit of Platinum Isolate does the trick.  It mixes so easily and goes down even easier!!!    Instant absorption as it goes straight into my muscles, Platinum Isolate Supreme is no question, a necessary staple in my daily low calorie regimen.

One of the many hurdles I have to overcome during contest prep is abstaining from the convenience of protein bars out there.  Most bars are loaded with sugars, fat, and numerous chemicals that simply isn't beneficial to my diet.  For this very reason, I came up protein muffins.  Here is the recipe along with items you will need:

1 muffin pan
Pam
Mixing bowl
Mixing spoon

2 cups egg whites
2 c water
3 c oatmeal
3 scoops Platinum Isolate
2 TB ground flax seeds
1/2 TSP cinnamon
Stevia to taste

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Mix all ingredients, let sit for 30 minutes.  Lightly spray muffin pan with Pam. Spoon mixture  muffin pan, bake for 30 minutes.

So simple, tasty, and definitely convenient to take along!!!  Well, I hope I was helpful in some way with the information I providphoto2ed, until next time....
