Heather Dees (and her coach and husband Justin Dees) joins Dave Palumbo on RXMuscle's Iron Road to the Olympia, powered by RedCon1.
Dees, who enjoyed a torrid run between 2012 and 2014 which included back-to-back runner-up finishes at the Ms. Figure International, came back with a bang last year, finishing 4th at the Olympia and 3rd at the 2017 Ms. Figure International.
Dees talks about dealing with injuries (sustained from a car accident) and working her way back up to upper tier of the IFBB Figure division, and the challenge ahead with the likes of Candice Lewis, Cyd Gillon, etc.
