This time we take a trip to Halmstad – a city on the west coast of Sweden. We are here to meet up with a young and dedicated bodybuilder on the rise to greater success. He recently won the Junior Nationals in Sweden and has greater goals in the near future.

This time we are making a stop in the United King
dom to meet up with a hard working and talented girl from Newcastle, England. At her last competition in 2013, she took 1st place in the UKBFF Women’s Physique division. Even at her young age she’s dedicated to achieving even larger goals. She is pushing herself really hard through gym sessions and is aiming to become a pro one day.

Our next stop in the Rising Muscle series is Australia. This time it’s not one athlete but two! They are both bikini fitness competitors and two of the frontrunners of the division in Australia. Recently they got an invitation to come to Madrid, Spain to compete at the Arnold Classic Amateur in September. They are also both colleagues in their own coaching project, Forever Fit.
