Q: Tell me about your competitive history.
A: 4 years ago, I was overweight and I started having heart problems.
Were sedentary and eat too much fast food. Then the cardiologist gave me a warning: either you change your lifestyle or have serious health problems soon.
Started nutritional education and train every day, after three months was already at my ideal weight and optimum health.
Since then I am completely addicted to healthy lifestyle.
Q: Being that you have a loyal social media following, what is some advice that you would offer someone wanting to increase their popularity in the Fitness industry? What tip can you give someone to help them build their following as well?
A: The advice I give to anyone who wants to have popularity in fitness career or any other career is: Follow your heart, do it for love. And make sure that every obstacle you encounter along the way will only serve to strengthen you more and more.
Q: Do you consider this as your part/full time job or a hobby?
A: I still can not consider a job, because here in Brazil, unfortunately, is not a profitable profession, so fitness is my life style, but I pay my bills providing design services for small businesses. My dream is to work only with the fitness industry.
Q: There are many people that motivate and are inspired by you. How does that make you feel knowing that there are people who take the time to see what you are doing day to day?
A: I receive many emails and pictures of people that I helped you lose weight and live a healthier life. It makes me infinitely happy and flattered. Knowing that I can change someone's life for the better is rewarding and keeps me going and wanting more and more.

Q: How does your family feel about your lifestyle? What would you say to someone whose family does not support their lifestyle?
A: In fact my family does not understand much. I have two sisters who are overweight, have done everything to teach them but the main factor that causes a person to lose weight is: How much does she WANT

A: Instagram and facebook

Q: What is your favorite cheat meal? How do you control yourself from going overboard when you decide to treat yourself?
A: MY FAVORITE MEAL IS TRASH BBQ's.
IF I COULD I'D EAT IT EVERY DAY. HAHAHA
Since I started to have a healthier life I see the mind is king.
So try to focus and not fall into temptation; because eating will make me happy at that moment and then will leave me with the heavy conscience.
Every time I say NO to delight, dessert and even the barbecue, I'm saying YES to my health.
Q: Do you take any supplements? What do you think is one of the most important supplements someone should take who is training constantly?
A: The supplements that I believe are paramount: whey protein and BCAA
