Dave Palumbo pays tribute to John "Mountain Dog" Meadows, who has passed away today at the age of 49.
Meadows, one of the most prominent coaches and trainers in the bodybuilding world, earned IFBB Pro status in 2015.
He will be sadly missed by the bodybuilding community. Our immediate thoughts are with his family.
