HEAVY MUSCLE RADIO With Dave Palumbo and Chris Aceto!

Just a few days ago Mr. America & Mr. Universe Steve Michalik passed away.  Tonight on Heavy Muscle Radio, Mr. USA John Defendis joins Dave Palumbo to remember the early years of the often misunderstood pioneer of the "Intensity or Insanity" training method which has now achieved legendary status in bodybuilding circles. 

Also joining Heavy Muscle Radio is Michael Manavian, former employee and apprentice to Steve Michalik.  Mike shares his unique experience with the controversial bodybuilder, and gives a peek into the later years of Steve Michalik.
