What do you feel is the WORST part of contest prep? For me the first couple of weeks were grueling. Adjusting to the amount of food I was consuming, as well as the frequency, was a process. I was so uncomfortable, sometimes taking and hour or more to get through my meals. Before I knew it, it was time to eat again. In the beginning, eating was way more challenging than the workouts.
If you could change into a superhero for a day who would you be and why? Well first off who wouldn’t want to be a superhero? If I could choose I would want to be supergirl. I’m sure most people feel the same way when I say there is just never enough time in the day. If I had super speed like supergirl I could finish everything I do on a normal day and still have time to save the world.
