Christine Envall makes her comeback in Toronto, Canada!

Christine Envall IFBB Pro of International Protein made her IFBB Pro female bodybuilding comeback this weekend in Toronto, Canada. Christine brought her usual razor sharp conditioning along with being one of the most muscular on stage.

Christine placed 11th out of 16 in a very deep and competitive lineup where many believed she could have placed higher. Christine wasn't entirely happy with her look making this post via her facebook page...

“Still a long way to go until I'm happy but my comeback has finally begun.

The pre-judging is done, and sad to say, I'm in the bottom 5 out of 15. This only means things plenty of scope for improvement. I have to admit I totally underestimated the effects stress can have on the body and I didn't bring to stage this morning the look I've carried around for the last 4 weeks. After a short pump I found myself flat and overdehydrated, struggling to get warm or even a pump. Figuring I'd under estimated my carb up (which I did to some degree), I was found within 5 minutes of completing the judging, heat and fullness rushing into my body... the relief of having that first pre-judge under my belt released a lot of the stress, allowing my body to behave the way it should. This gives me great confidence that from here going into the Chicago show, my stage confidence will return and along with it, the physical package I know I can bring!”
