What is your favorite childhood memory? Going to Valley Fair amusement park in Minnesota with my parents and best friend, Kristy.
Name a song that motivates you. If Today Was Your Last Day by Nickleback. I believe that God gave us a precious life and we need to live each day to the fullest.
What is your biggest gym pet peeve? Talking to me in the middle of my set. I'm super friendly and sociable but wait till I'm done please!
How do you like to reward yourself? With ice cream or wine. I train hard and stay clean on my diet 85-90% of the time..my indulgences are red wine and ice cream.
If you could change one thing about the world what would it be? No animal abuse. I'm absolutely obsessed with this. I can't understand why people would abuse animals. They give us such unconditional love. If I had all the money in the world, I would give whatever I could to help with this cause.
What do you do right before you step onstage? Pray..I thank God for my health and the opportunity to be doing what I love...and that I PLEASE PLEASE don't trip... haha!

Competition history: I got my Pro Card in 2006 at the North Americans. It was only my second show. I've had the honor of being on the Arnold Classic stage twice and the Olympia stage 3 times. My best placing at both the Arnold and Olympia is 4th. I won the Ft. Lauderdale pro for the last two years in a row.
If someone followed you for the day what would they be most surprised about? How many times I wipe down my kitchen counters! That sounds so silly but I'm neurotic about this. I can not stand to have anything sticky, gritty, slimy or filmy on my counters
What is your preferred tanning product and why? I like the Jan Tana Pro Tan combo. My skin is a "drinker" and this combo gets me the darkest.
