Career: I'll go back a few years on this one - Flight Attendant, Marketing Project Manager, Fitness Instructor. Currently I'm a Personal Trainer and Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
What is your favorite childhood memory? Playing "tag- you're-it" at a beach club down my block with friends I still have today ;-)

What is your biggest gym pet peeve? Perfume/Cologne at the gym. I'm sensitive to smel,l but shouldn't your deodorant be enough?
How do you like to reward yourself? Would chocolate cake, Ben and Jerrys, buttercream cupcakes and Doughnut Plant be inappropriate? If so, I'll go with a massage, pedicure, new outfit, and a latte- all on the same day!
If you could change one things about the world what would it be? Cheap healthy food options on every corner in every city.
What do you do right before you step onstage? I repeat a mantra in my head a thousand times. I block out any noise and I focus on my senses to stay in the moment. Or if I'm on a carb high, I'll say screw all that and talk to the girls next to me. But if they're not having it- I just dance. When in doubt - just dance.

If someone followed you for the day what would they be most surprised about? I can drive all day with the radio off and not even notice. It drives everyone in my car nuts! Oh and of course, how organized I am with my food.
