It seems fans of sports worldwide love to sort out and find up and comers, and this is certainly no exception in the bodybuilding realm. Benny Townson is one we've recognised as having some serious potential!
Ben broke out on the scene in 2010 taking out, not only the QLD junior title, but he went on to take the Australian title, making him a national champion at the age of 21. He then went on to have a successful early 2012 competing in the Australasian Championships and taking the Heavyweight class there at just 22 years old.
One year on, Ben is taking his talent overseas to compete in the ever-growing Arnold amateur competition where he'll be coming up against some of the best amateur bodybuilders the world has to offer. With the excitement of Fit X growing, and (particularly for the Ben) the Pro Qualifier, he's decided to throw his hat in the ring against the likes of AMR co-host Scott Goble, Luke Schembri, David Cutler and potentially Gary Wright.
We contacted Ben after seeing his post on facebook and he confirmed that'll he'll be competing. We at Rx Muscle are wishing Ben the best for the Arnold amateur and Pro Qualifier.
