She is a San Nutrition Sponsored Athlete and FMG Athlete. Candice talks about how she started competing and fell in love with the sport.  Candice was an athlete growing up, ran track and cross-country since she was 11 years old. She was also a varsity cheerleader and with an athletic background falling in love with weight training was easy. Candice lives very passionately about health, wellness and women athletics. She shares her future goals in the sport and her training philosophy.
 
On this episode we also discuss the importance of sleep and how it is essential to recovery.  If you are not getting to sleep well, we share some ways to getting to sleep faster.  Remember, sleep is essential to function daily.
