What do you feel is the WORST part of contest prep? I would have to say eating all the food. I am always on the go or working a promotion, so I usually have to pack my cooler up before I leave for work.  Food is fuel to the body.

Would you please tell us a little about your workout schedule? I usually workout Mon-Sat.  I do 30 minutes of cardio every day.  I alternate doing legs, plyos, and arm weights.  I usually practice my posing 3 days a week.

If you had to lose one of your 5 senses, which one would you prefer to lose and why?  My sense of smell.  Just the smell of fresh baked cookies makes me want them.

If you could change one thing about this sport what would it be?  The perception that bikini is not really a sport.  I work very hard for my body.  I think people  think bikini competitors just hop up on stage and look good.  We do follow a meal plan and are usually in the gym 2-3 hours a day.
If you had a time capsule what would you put inside it and why? 1) My iPhone just to look back and laugh at how old it looks 2) My Beets headphones b/c music is my motivation 3) My neon running shoes b/c I think they are cool now, but don’t know about the future 4) A picture of my daughter to seac 0180e how much she has grown up
What is your favorite vacation spot? Believe it or not I love New York.  A few of my friends live there and I would love to live there one day.  I love the city lights!!!!

What advice do you have for women who would like to get involved in and compete in the sport of bodybuilding? Go for it….. It will change your lifestyle.  You will look better, eat healthier, and learn how to work out properly.

What is a day-in-the-life of an IFBB Bikini Pro/mother like? It is very hectic.  I usually wake up at 8:30am and get myself and my daughter ready for the gym.  I usually make us oatmeal and a banana for breakfast.  My daughter checks in to Kiddieland and off I go for a vigorous workout.  We are usually in the gym for 2 hours.  Then, I drop my daughter off at daycare and I start preparing my meals for the day.  I usually work from 4pm to about 1 o’clock in the morning.  I do mostly night promotions so I am up pretty late driving all over the place. Then I do it all over again the next day. When I have an off day I usually take my daughter for a fun day.  Whatever she wants to do.

Favorite Motivational Quote:  Be True, Be You……..  I like this quote because at the end of the day you cannot be anyone else, but yourself.  You have to be the best “You” you can possibly be.  So just be true to yourself!!!

In closing, Who would you like to give a shout out to?  My family and friends for being so supportive.  I have the best parents alive.  They help me out a lot with my daughter.  My Bombshell teammates for keeping me focused and on track. If I have a slip up I can count on them to get me back in the right direction. Finally, my wonderful Bombshell coaches.  They are the best!!!!!!
