How does your family respond to your competing? My family is supportive of what makes me happy. They’ve always stood by me and encouraged me to keep going towards my dream.
What kind of goals have you set for yourself, short-term and long-term? I dream BIG! Pro wins, the Olympia stage, the Arnold stage ….. you name it! Dare to DREAM!!!
What's currently on your iPod? A little of everything! Hip Hop, Spanish, Rock, Retro you name it! It’s whatever can get me through cardio ^_^
What are your hobbies and interests outside of the bodybuilding world? Am I supposed to have interests outside of bodybuilding? Haha j/k . I’m into anything to make me or you laugh and trash talking. I LOVE cooking and eating. Drawing and painting help keep me calm.
Do you have a favorite exercise? DEADLIFTS … I love going super heavy … I’ve gotta admit I felt pretty badass when I ripped 225lb! It’s such an effective exercise for the back, glutes, and hamstrings. Love em!
