f someone followed you for the day what would they be most surprised about? The number of times I go to the bathroom, lol. I drink a lot of liquids throughout the day so I am constantly taking bathroom breaks.
What is your preferred tanning product and why? Jan Tana- it gives me a nice dark even color and it wears off nicely too.

Who would you like to thank?
I want to thank my husband and stepdaughter for always supporting me. Not only do they put up with me dieting and training at home, they also come and cheer me on at my competitions. Big thanks to my trainers Asha & Rob Belisle of Excel Fitness and Nutrition for getting me into the best shape of my life and supporting me 110%. I would like to thank the Alberta Bodybuilding Association as well as the Canadian Bodybuilding Association for always putting on great shows and supporting their athletes. David Ford and Garry Bartlett are also worthy of a pat on the back, as they have captured many great photos of me over the years. Lastly I want to thank all of my friends, family, and fans for keeping me motivated and striving to be my best.
