Career: Public Relations and Event Coordinator the the past 6 years.
Sports background: I was a classical and modern dancer for 15 years. Throughout my high school and college career I ran track (middle distances), played volleyball, continued with dance, and was a cheerleader for 4 years.
Why NPC: I love the professionalism and pride of the NPC/IFBB. It is truly and honor to be a professional athlete in this federation.
What do you like best about competing? WOW, everything!! There are two things that I really love about competing. First, all of the amazing people I meet and the relationships I have built through competing. I have met some of my best friends in the last two years. Second, is the feeling of accomplishment when I step on that stage everytime I compete. It's knowing that all of the sweat, super early mornings and crazy cravings were worth the sacrafice. I love every aspect of competing and all the preparation and hard work I put in to get to that point.

Competitors you look up to: All of them!! Being a competitor, I know what it means to be able to live this lifestyle. The sacrafices that every competitor makes is admirable and truly inspiring.
Favorite cheat food: Sushi and red wine!!!! Did you know they have dessert sushi rolls? Haha!
Favorite diet food: Oatmeal and egg whites with cinnamon. It sounds a little strange, but I mix it all together and then cook it!
Favorite body part to train: Legs, because I feel strong when I have pushed myself so hard that I can barely walk!
Least favorite body part to train: Triceps, I think I have the weakest tris ever!
Hobbies: Running, beach volleyball, boxing, drawing(pencil and learning paint). Are Facebook and Twitter a hobby? Just Kidding!
Words to live by: If anyone knows me, they know that I am kind of a motivation junky. I have so many words to live by, but they all have a common theme ~ BE HONEST, BE TRUE AND BE YOU- THE BEST YOU THAT YOU CAN BE. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING AND DON'T FORGET TO SMILE XO
