IFBB Bikini Pro Vanessa Prebyl's Blog #30

Hello Rx-ers! Blog 30- Hubby and Me at show
I hope everyone had an Amazing April. April is my birthday month so it is always one of my favorite months ;D I didn’t do much for my birthday, just a gathering of friends for a barbeque. My sister even bought balloons! Yay!! It was perfect we all lounged outside and relaxed. One of my friends brought all the bbq stuff and another made me this awesome melon cake. She said it took a while to carve the melons (honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon) into tiers of a cake. It was a Labor of love. It was such a perfect day and the best way to celebrate my birthday J

Along the lines of celebrating, my husband competed in his first show last weekend. It was Global Physiques- Golden State Championships held on April 20th. He placed in the top 5 and we are very proud. He earned 4th place and looked calm and collected. He worked very hard throughout his competition prep on his posing and presentation along with his rigorous training schedule.

I also trained a few girls through www.myfitandfab.com, which is our personal training business and website. They all did so well and I am very proud of them.  In training my competitors, we went over nutrition, training, posing and presentation and also suit selection and color choice. When I train clients, I leave nothing to chance and make sure to cover EVERYTHING.  I always feel like many spectators in the crowd don’t realize how much work goes into every detail a competitor has to do in preparing for a show. I know how hard competitors work and that is why I have tremendous respect for each and every one of them.

I would like to acknowledge MBlog 30- Competitors ichelle Rotondo (Bikini), Lynn Pedersen (Figure), and Bessie Signorelli (Bikini) for striving to be the best they can be on and off the stage. I am so proud of these ladies and am looking forward to working with them again.:)

I have to give a big shout out to my client’s:

Michelle Rotondo who competed in the bikini division. This was her first show and she worked very hard in order to achieve her amazing results. She lost almost 30 pounds during her competition preparation. The best part about it is that she was able to stay positive, happy, and healthy and at the same time push her limits. To have beauty, brains and the will to put in hard work is rare and with those qualities she can go far in life. She has already decided to do a second show, which will be the NPC Sacramento show November 2nd and it will be her first NPC show.Yay! :)

Lynn, is a pilot for a commercial airline and is no stranger to hard work and stressful situations with her military background. I am proud of her for stepping out of her comfort zone and getting all glammed up and walking in high heels. She did an amazing job and she and I are very proud of her accomplishment of placing in the top 5.

Bessie, has competed in the NPCBlog 30- Michelle before however, she wanted to focus more on improving her posing and presentation and that’s exactly what we worked on.:) We found her best angles and polished up her stage presentation.  She is a beautiful girl that can also go very far in this industry all we will have to improve on is making her just a smidge more comfortable on stage, however that will come with competing in a few more shows.

Until Next Time Much Love,
