IFBB Bikini Pro Vanessa’s Fit & Fabulous Lifestyle #10

Hellooooooo Everyone!!!!! The pasNew Logot two weeks have seemed to fly by.

So, we finally got our logo for our Tanning Salon & Boutique and it looks great. The funny thing is, it kind of looks like me! And, we are looking forward to our new business cards.  I’ll have to post a picture when I get them.

Well, now that my husband and I are settled in as being entrepreneurs, I can finally start putting my focus back on training. I took this year off to get our business going and now it is time to get back to what I love :D… which means, I have to start thinking of what show I want to do. Hummmm…

On a fun note, my friend Kelli and I had the chance to visit Six Flags about two weeks ago and we had a blast! We went on all of the maximum thrill rides. My favorites are Tatsu, X2, Superman, and Goliath. Scream was pretty good too ;) The ride X2 had the most hype so we had to go on that ride first. The ride was awesome and smooth and didn’t have any crazy-jerking movements, like some of them I have been on. I call those rides “fight club in the air”…lol. The X2 ride even had music and Pyrotechnics. I know! How cool is that!:D We only missed the Batman ride and The Drop of Doom because the lines were waaaayyyy too long. Bummer, but that just gives me something to look forward to for next time.

Another fun thing I was able to do this year was use all of my peaches from my peach tree.  I haven’t been able to use the peaches my tree produces in about 4 years!! Boo ;( But this year I made jams, cobblers, and smoothies! I’ve always wanted to make jam, but in the past years when my peach tree is producing, I was always in preparation for a show and all you competitors know that jams and jelliSix Flagses are a no no when prepping for a competition. So this year I gathered all the peaches I could and made as many things as I thought up and was even able to can some too. WooHoo!! I’m so proud :D They made great gifts.

Also a bonus I was not expecting, is that the flowers I planted in February finally are in full bloom.I am not one to have a green thumb when it comes to plants, so I am pretty excited. I planted my favorite flowers, Stargazer Lillies, and on the package it said they would bloom in mid-April. Hummm… I would say they are late bloomers ;) but, better late than never.

Until next week Train HARD and enjoy the beautiful Summer days :D
