Candice Keene’s Fitspiration to a Better You:“Inspired Thought”

IMG 6934WEBCandice Keene’s Fitspiration to a Better You:“Inspired Thought”

Hey Guys!

To catch you up to speed a bit..I am 3 weeks into my Olympia prep!! Boy, these weeks are flying!! This summer has been flying!!  Since the NY Pro, I have been training hard and trying to have a little ME time.  As you know, I juggle school full time, competing, and doing my ProCakez..so a little ME time was much needed!! I took the summer off and had a good 7 weeks of NO contest prep mode!! At first I was going a little crazy because I was so used to be doing something all the time, so naturally I felt a little lost.  But I got over that quick! I started to listen to the thoughts in my head (haha..thats sounds lil cooky huh lol)..I am talking about inspired thoughts. We all have them. It’s just that sometimes we are so busy to recognize them. I have been recognizing them and have been trying to grow from them. Here is a little sometimes I wrote up on “Inspired thoughts.”…

Do you ever in your day, have that deep nudge within that is in sync with your thoughts ( Some call them daydreams or imagination)..or have an inspired thought that pops in your head out of nowhere? One that strongly correlates with what you are deeply passionate about within? If so, don’t ignore these!!  Be sure to write these inspired thoughts down asap, while they are still fresh in the mind, and keep it visible or within reach daily.  These inspired thoughts don’t just pop up for no reason.  Everything about us..what we think, what we believe, feel, connect with…all of these personal thought/passion induced mechanisms happen for a reason! That is why it is so important to always keep your eyes open and your mind open.  Anything that crosses our paths physically or mentally could be potentially amazing opportunities waiting to be recognized by our inner self.  If you have a passion for something, and that passion is something you think about every day, you WILL attract things into your life in accord with that; you just have to recognize it and take action!! Remember, we bring about what we think about!  A great quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson, “A man is what he thinks about all day long.”  This simple, yet profound quote, tells it all.  It’s so true.  If you think about success and keep flowing positivity in your mind, your outcome will be just that.  So if you have a goal in mind, think about it everyday, with passion, and you will achieve that goal with ease.  Now the same thing goes the other way as well.  If you are constantly negative, always self doubting yourself or your abilities..success obviously will not be the outcome.  Without intending to, you are putting up barriers in your way and it’ll seem like you are fighting against the grain every single day.  Just relax, go with the flow, focus passionately on the end result, just give the best of your ability, and enjoy your ride.  Remember, as important that goal or end result is, it is JUST as important to enjoy your journey along the way!!

If you are currently foregoing a more negative than positive outlo426154 10150651893074536 119074414535 8823877 852015802 nok, it’s okay..just like with anything else, you will get there.  You have to become habitual and consistent.  It may take a few weeks of self-discovery, a few good reads to motivate to motivate your mind, or a few small tweaks in your current lifestyle to make those changes.  But once you do, you will start noticing those “inspired thoughts” occur more frequently. **Remember **..INSPIRED THOUGHT REQUIRES INSPIRED ACTION!! Don’t be afraid of taking these risks or leaps in whatever endeavor or situation you are in.  These lil inspired nudges from within happen for a reason.  Find your passion..Find what inspires you..Listen, develop tenacity, be proactive, be consistent, then BAM! You are in control now!  You have always been in control, and you will always be in control! ;) Until next time!! Xoxo CK
