Mike and Bryan also breakdown the Metro bus situation in the Greater Columbus area and how to shop at Walmart in your pajamas! Mike Johnston is also now a contributing writer for Rx Muscle's Strength Central. They discuss what to expect from Mike every week and he tells us it WON'T be strength related. Mike invites any strength athlete with a beef to come on the show and rant away!
