Steve Orton the 23 year old New Zealand phenom firstly took the New Zealand bodybuilding scene by storm then Australia, and now the world bodybuilding stage. Steve did what many though he couldn't do at just 23 years old, and that's take the 2013 Overall NABBA Worlds title.
Steve started his contest season competing at Graeme Lancefield's NABBA International where he marginally took the overall title, but from reports showing up in less than perfect condition. Steve then set his sights on the 2013 Southern Hemisphere Championships just 1 week later where many doubted his chances against the likes of last years winner Jake Nikolopoulos and a razor sharp Phil Primmer who seems to only improve with age. Steve proved the doubters wrong coming in much harder, and took the NABBA Southern Hemisphere Overall, but no without challengers.
Steve has come in at his all time best at the NABBA Worlds winning the overall title and realising his dream of a NABBA Overall World title. Steve faced off once again against top Australian amateur bodybuilder Jake Nikolopoulos who took out class 3 at the Worlds.
