Category you compete in: Womens Bodybuilding
Date of birth: July 18 1991
Hometown: Oakdale, California

How does your family respond to your competing?
My family has always been very supportive with any goals I set for myself. It also makes it easier that my husband competes as well. Sometimes it’s hard to get that quality family time in but we always seem to make things work.

What kind of goals have you set for yourself, short-term and long-term?
My main goal was to find what category I belonged in, even if it took 4 shows to finally get it right. I am very excited to now be competing in the bodybuilding division, its definitely where I belong. Next goal, is to earn my Pro Card. I am currently getting ready for USA’s, hopefully I can check another goal off my list this year! A long-term goal is to get on that Olympia stage!

What's currently on your iPod?
Damien Marley/Skrillex/Rob Bailey and The Hustle Standard/Lil Wayne/Machine Gun Kelly/Asking Alexandria

What are your hobbies and interests outside of the bodybuilding world?
At this point everything I do involves bodybuilding; it’s my hobby that is evolving into a career. But, I am also a stay-at-home mommy, so any free time I have I spend with my 16 month old son and husband.

Do you have a favorite exercise? BACK SQUATS! Love leg day.

Competition history: Started witback govs cuph figure but each time was to lean and muscular for the judges liking. This year I tried women’s physique and the feedback was that I’m too big and lean for what they want. Five weeks after Governors cup I competed at The Contra Costa in Women’s bodybuilding –open class and took first. I think I finally found what category I belong in!

2010 Fresno Classic -Figure A class (8th)
2011 Central Valley Classic- Figure A       class (2nd)
2012 Governors Cup- Physique (11th)
2012 Contra Costa- Bodybuilding (1st)

Next competition:  July 27-28, 2012 at the USAs! Going for my pro card.

Favorite Fitness Tip: ALWAYS be prepared! Getting all your meals in and on time is the key.

Who would you like to thank?
My family, they are so supportive with anything I do. They put up with my joyfulness during prep time (ha ha) and encourage me all the way through.
My coach and mentor IFBB Pro Adorthus Cherry. He is one of the most motivating people I know. He keeps me on the right track when I need that extra push.
TEAM GET SOME, for the all the great workout gear!

Also John Tuman for his CRAZY and TORTUROUS leg workouts he puts me through. Gotta love them!
