My birth date is 08/06. I am a Leo.

Hometown:
My home town is Dallas, TX. I have lived in Dallas all my life.

Career:
I am a Medical Esthetician and a Personal Trainer. Being a Medical Esthetician is a lot of fun. I work with lots of lasers to make people pretty and assist in plastic surgery. I am a personal trainer because I love helping people stay fit!

Sports Background:
I have always been an athlete all my life. I ran track, play football and martial arts. I am a black belt in three different martial arts.

Why the NPC?:
What got me interested in NPC? I saw a magazine with Monica Brant on it. I thought I want to look like her. I have always train hard in the gym and decided I can do a show!!

What do you like best about competing?:
I love the glitz and glamour of figure! We get to show our physiques off and get to be all dolled up.

Ultimate Goal in the Sport:
My ultimate goal in this sport is to be on the Olympia Stage and Win!!

My favorite competitors I look up are Monica Brant and Gina Aliollti.
Their physiques are awesome!!

Next Competition:
My Next show will be Nationals in Atlanta!! I am so excited. I’m really hoping to win my pro card!!!

Favorite Cheat Food:
My favorite cheat food is dark chocolate!! I love it.

Favorite Diet Food:
My favorite diet food is protein pancakes. There so easy to make and taste awesome. I feel like I’m cheating when I eat them.

Favorite Body Part to Train:
My favorite body part to train is Legs. My leg workout is about an hr long. I have so many workouts for legs.

Least Favorite:
Least favorite body part to train is chest!!

Hobbies:
In free time I love spending time with my husband and dogs. Just lounging around the house is the best!!
