Olympia. Olympia. Olympia!!! Yep, this is the week!! I hope everyone is ready. Las Vegas here we all come :D Thankfully we have someone that will watch our shop while we are away. Hopefully, if everything works out that is.
I didn’t realize how much work it is to run your own business. It’s a 24-hour gig.Sheww! I guess I didn’t realize how much time and effort it takes to purchase inventory, do the books, and make displays. I am pretty proud of my Cancer Awareness display though, it is all pink and stands for a great cause. Yay!

We have been working so hard ge
tting the shop all together, so this weekend will be a great vacation.
We also finally finished up our logo andI think it is awesome! I think we were able to capture the IFBB Bikini Pro Vibe. HeheheI hope you all love it too;)
Well along with all of our preparation to leave out for the “O” I was able to plan out a little bit of my workouts. I don’t know about your training when you are out of town, but I always find it difficult to get in good workouts when I am away from my home gym. I did put together some workouts/plyos that I can do in the hotel room just incase I am pressed for time. You know how it is, it is all about preparation, and you can never be too prepared.
