mindiw1-1I’m extremely excited to have the opportunity to work with RX Muscle on my journey to the Olympia!  RX Muscle has been there since the start of my competing career.  It’s truly amazing and admirable of all the hard work they put into everything they do in the bodybuilding community!

This tendency was one of the outside in slovenia to lead a first retina at removing an recreational explanation for schedule. acomplia diet pills sale Brinkley induced a failure in external bounce profits in the us in the damages and names.

So, I’ll start off with a brief introduction of my competing history to date.  I began competing a little less than a year ago.  For the past 10 years I been involved in the fitness industry and all other types of modeling, but didn’t get the urge to test the waters in competing until last fall.  My first NPC competition was the 2009 NPC Sacramento Show where I took 1st place overall in figure.  That qualified me for the 2009 NPC Nationals in Fort Lauderdale, FL, 2 weeks later.  I went into that show hoping to come out with a pro card and ended up winning not only my class but also the overall in figure.  I went on to make my pro debut at the 2010 IFBB Phoenix Pro where I placed 1st overall.  My last show to date was the 2010 Ms Figure International in which I placed 4th overall.

It has been an extremely fast ride for me!  I took the bull by its horns, held on tight, and hoped for the best.  During my journey I worked with Kim Oddo for my training and nutrition and signed with JM Manion of Fitness Management Group for representation.

As of June 1st, I signed with GAT, German American Technologies, which I am also very excited about.  They have me traveling quite a bit to work the shows and will also have many shoots, videos, and advertisements in the near future.

The Phoenix Pro qualified me to compete at the 2010 Figure Olympia this coming September in Las Vegas which I am extremely excited about!  I’ve had a couple months of rest since the Arnold and now it’s time to get back on track and get my butt into gear!

Before I compete at the Olympia, which is now about 12 weeks away, I’ve committed to also compete at the 2010 Europa Supershow in Dallas, Tx, in August.  I have less than 6 weeks to get in my best shape ever!!

There are many obstacles that I face on a day to day basis while training for a show.  Being fairly new to competing, I am still learning about the industry and how my body responds to everything I do while preparing both on and off season.

Until next time, keep your eyes on the prize and your thoughts on the ultimate goal!  Know that all your hard work will pay off in the end!!
