-Accept responsibility and have accountability for your actions, This will allow you Learn from yourself and be aware of the mistakes you have made in your life. It is empowering to learn from yourself. (write down a past mistake and dissect it)
-Believe that your destiny is your choice - live that way!
-Find positive in the negative – draw strength from weakness!
-Develop an attitude of gratitude. Be grateful. KNOW that the generous choice is NEVER the wrong one.
-Start thinking about the things that you want – and NOT about the things that you don’t.
 
5 Things NOT To Do!
 -Self-defeating self-talk

-Constant complaining You cannot rely on other people to motivate you, you cannot rely on other people to give you what you are unable to give yourself. Stop constantly complaining about everything that makes you unhappy. You are unhappy because you ALLOW it. - STOP allowing it! MIND over Matter!!
-Needing to be right ALL of the time! Many if not most of us would prefer to be right! But when we put important relationships at risk, and become ego driven we only end up being wrong!  Ask yourself this;  “Would I rather be right, or would I rather be kind?” Wayne Dyer. 
 -Blaming others for your problems! Stop this nonsense and start taking responsibility for your own life!
 
Being AFRAID- Fear does NOT exist - we create it and nurture it. It is in our mind. Take responsibility for the fear, and for why - NOW change it. Stop nurturing the negativity.
