How has your life changed since you adopted this lifestyle and started competing?
It has helped me to be self discipline and control my will power. I realized if you want something bad you will do whatever it takes. There is no excuses. Mainly this lifestyle helped me to be strong minded. I use to be insecure and was afraid to make my own decisions. It made me be a leader and confident  with my decisions. I take actions of what I want to  do and what's best. I learned there is no easy way to get ahead. You need to work hard for it. I use  that modo not only for my competing, but for my career.

What have you found to be the best way to balance family, friends, career, this lifestyle, etc…
Best way I found how to balance this lifestyle is to  make it a lifestyle 100%. You just need to make time to fit your workouts in and plan your meals ahead. You need to find time for it no matter how early or late it is. If I have a busy workday I will go to the gym no matter if it's 3am or 11pm. I will figure out what's best. I love competing because this holds me accountable 100%. Once I register, I'm locked in and there is no holding back. I recommend plan ahead and lock it in ASAP. This will make you stay focused and committed. I will still hang out  with friends, but I will bring my own meals and stick it in the bag. I don't care for drinking an alcoholic beverage, so I will just drink water or coffee. I will surround myself with people that are positive. The
best is surrounding yourself with people that gets your lifestyle. Like your team mates :) I am so happy I found Team Edge! They are like family and makes it soo much easier. With my job as a Fitness consultant for BOD Blast has helped me even more, just to relate in so many levels. ExcIMG 5348uses I hear are useless. My clients know that which I like, because they give it 100% which inspires me even more. I love their results and they love it too. If you could change places with one competitor for the day who would it be and why? Omg that is a tough one because I admire a lot of different competitors for soo many different reasons. I would say Ashley Horner even though she is a figure competitor and I am a bikini competitor. She looks amazing and is such a sweet person. Not only she is a mom, looks amazing, but she is athletic in so many levels. She Plays soccer, hosts bootcamps all over, Bikes, does marathons, helps people get in shape, always busy, she is just inspiring. She is a super women. I love people that will find the time to help others while still having time to do what they love the most. Name two of the most inspirational people in your life and tell why they inspire you. Def my Coach Ingrid Romero. She is such a Super women. She is young, strong minded, and Humble. She is a mother of twins that will be 2 soon and looks amazing. Ingrid always finds time to be there for us girls. She even customizes bikinis for girls all over the world and always coming up with new ideas to help us grow with our own businesses. My other people that inspires me are the MOMs that compete. Seriously it's alot of work and a selfish sport. When mom's find the time to take care of their children, husbands, cook for others, and go to the gym. That's true dedication and makes me look forward to new challenges.

Tell one recipe or supplement you can’t live without.
I love a lot of things. Anything that's creative. For a supplement I really like my USANA REV3 it's just natural energy. I use it before my workout, the only ingredients are green tea, black tea, white tea, and honey powder. It's amazing because I know what I'm putting in my body. I believe in non processed foods/drinks and just be all natural

Tell about a typical training day for you. What exercises, how many sets/reps…etc…
Glutes, glutes, and glutes :) That's the main thing and my favorite of course. It's the edge booty signature. Most of my exercises are super set of 4-5 sets, it varies 10-20 reps. Some exercises would be donkey kicks on the smith machine, weighted hip lifts, cable kickback, dead lifts, and kurtsy lunge on step. Between sets I would do different plyo workouts like jump
squats on the bosu, jump lunges, high step, and ice skater workouts workouts.

In closing, Who would you like to give a shout out to?
I want to give a shout out to my CLIENTS!! Yobodblastlogo1u guys are Amazing. I am so proud of all your handwork and dedication. Your commitment and determination is what keeps me going. Don't stop and believe in yourself. Also I want to give a shout out to my Team Edge fam and too all the girls that are interested in competing. It's an amazing experience and recommend to try it once and see how you like it. I promise that giving it 100% is the most rewarding feeling ever. It's definitely an Unstoppable feeling. Once you start, you can't stop.
