I'm Courtney "Trained and Trusted To the Core" Dukes and I was born in Texas, but because my parents were both in the military I moved around a lot. I have lived in California, Illinois, Alabama, and even Germany. It was because of all this moving that I ended up relying on sports to help me make new friends every time I moved. I started playing soccer at a really young age and this is where I first developed my drive and determination.

When I got to middle school I end up switching from soccer to basketball and tennis. As you can see all the sports I ended up playing were very cardiovascular intense. This allowed my metabolism to run at a very high level and kept me very lean(ok let's be honest, it kept me skinny as a tooth pick). Well as I was getting closer and closer to starting high school I began to fear that I would be picked on(this was a result of all the movies & shows that involved kids getting bulled in high school). I decided I would start lifting weights to avoid being picked on, but I didn't take it really serious at first.
