    I hate this show so much I would rather listen to John Romano yap about police for an hour on heavy muscle radio! Question.. Do you take it personally when clients leave you for another coach? Some of your former clients now work with Aceto how does that affect your friendship? #whycutback

    Dave,

    I'm only saying I hate the show because you asked me to but all your shows keep bodybuilding fun and exciting.

    My question is regarding ketosis. Because your energy source is fat from your body and the food you eat, shouldn't you be able to work out alot longer and harder since you're not depending on glycogen as an energy source? I've been doing ketogenic diet the last 5 weeks and I've had some of the best workouts I've ever had in terms of energy levels and intensity. And after I'm finished, I'm not dead tired as opposed to when I use carbs as a fuel source. It's blowing my mind. I'll probably never go back to carbs unless I want to add some serious size. Shouldn't one always be in a constant fatburning state when in ketosis 24/7? Thanks The one and only WIGGS

    Dave,
    I currently am finding myself have less and less motivation in the gym. Normally this isnt a problem as I am itching to train the next day. This could be due to stress, lack of sleep, etc. What are some things you have done over the years to help keep your motivation to train up?

    Dave,

    I hate this show so much that every time a client cheats on their diet I force them to watch one of your episodes. It has a 100% success rate they've never cheated again!

    What orals do you recommend on show day and at what doses?
    Also what foods would you recommend to eat on show days I hear a lot of pros have a bigger breakfast like pancakes and eggs then smaller more easily digested meals every 2-2.5 hrs like chicken rice and almond butter. What's your opinion on this?

    In the Egyptian interview with Dennis James he mentions his gurus having him on so much gear that he would be getting frequent nose bleeds etc.

    What do you think they had him doing to get into that state considering they would make him take it in front of them just to make sure if Dennis is to be believed

    I hate this show so much that I only watch it while I take my morning 30minute shit.


    No but really. Big fan of your show, watch every video you post. I'm from California and I'm 24years old. 3 weeks out from my first show, I'm currently running test e, 750mg a week, 30mg winstrol, and 300mg Tren A. I herd I'm supposed to stop running only Test before a show since test makes you hold water, if so when should I stop running it and do I up the dosage on the other compounds? Also which diuretic do you recommend for peak week, how much of it, and how much water should I be consuming on peak week. Big thanks from California!

    Will the IFBB set the weight limits higher in classic physique in the future, and if so, do you think the big musclemania pros will switch into classic physique, if it's a massive success?

    Dave what's your take on this "Hrt" clinic Wellness fitness Nutrition? I see they carry exotic compounds such as Tren ace,Winstrol,and other stuff and have Bodybuilders such as Levrone promoting it.Do you think its a gray area or illegal to buy from there site with out a script? Your thoughts thanks.

    Hey Dave,

    I hate this show so much I would rather dance with spitting cobras with my eyelids stapled open.. Dave, I've been using your ketogenic diet for about 3 months now and have fallen in love with it. I'm about 3 weeks away from hitting my body fat % goal and I was wondering what your advice would be on gaining LEAN mass as I begin to add size again coming off keto? Is there a good way to maintain a keto diet and gain size at the same time? Thank you and in all seriousness, I'm a huge fan and respect every piece of your advice!

    Hey Dave,

    I hate this show as much as I don't look forward to drinking apple cider vinegar.

    What do you think of the full body workouts for adding muscle -- obviously with less volume. Say instead of doing squats+leg press+leg extension, do squats mon, leg press wed, leg extension fri and same for rest of muscle groups. 5X5 is kind of like that. I was thinking it might be less load on joints. I'm in my 40's. I also like the feeling of getting a full body pump so to speak and feeling whole body was engaged and easier to manage with busy schedule. Thoughts? I still hate the show no matter what even after you answer my question :-p

    Hey Dave,

    In my 20s your diet and hard training got me into the best shape of my life. As I grew older and less single I happily went off the diet (carbs are delicious) but kept lifting without much regard to my weight. Recently I started experiencing constant back pain and mri confirmed I have one disc bulge and another disc is herniated. Now my main goal is to lose weight by any means necessary and because of my back, I can't do any lifting or rigorous activity. Questions:
    -Would you recommend your diet for my situation?
    -If so, do I need to tweak the macros because I'm not lifting?
