MENS BODYBUILDING

1. FRED SMALLS: Thick as a house….. maybe the biggest we’ve seen him. Crazy back……huge improvements. Feathered lower lats. Awesome ab-thigh pose. Freaky crab most muscular….. Best he’s looked. Most complete

2. TONEY FREEMAN: the X-Man… incredible waistline. Side triceps is awesome. Shredded hams. Glutes can be a little tighter. Good back double Best toney has looked in a while. Fantastic stage presence.

3. MARIUS DOHNE: from South Africa. Fantastic legs. Conditioning is spot on today. Crazy x-frame tonight. Side leg is hanging like crazy. Great back width. Glutes can be a little tighter . He’s way harder from front than the back.

4. VICTOR MARTINEZ: fresh off 2^nd at NY PRO… legs are sliced. Pecs and delts are freaky striated. Way harder than in NY… hams are ripped. Glutes can be a little tighter…. Slightly blurred. Very complete looking… He’ll be tough in that top 4!

5. BRANDON CURRY: Side leg looks fantastic. What a beautiful structure.. great flowing muscle. Just not hard enough tonight

6. RAMI ELSSBIAY: craziest proportion possibly in the history of bodybuilding. His front lat spread is better than RONNIE COLEMAN… side leg is super freaky! HE LOOKS UNREAL! Back double is wacky.. although glutes cab be tighter …hams can be more ripped. From the front he’s MR OLYMPIA…… it’s scary how good RAMI is

7. JUAN MOREL: coming of NY PRO victory over VICTOR MARTINEZ. Coloring looks weird. Legs are a little flat. Terrific proportion…. Thick striated pecs…… good ab-thigh… JUAN’s legs were fuller in NY ……..here they look a little on the flat side (although it might just be that he came out following RAMI)

8. LIONEL BEYEKE: tiny waistline….. ripped abs. still not shredded in glutes/hams……but better than we’ve seen him in a while. Excellent ab-thigh shot. Terrific most muscular.

9. JOSE LUIS RODRIGUEZ: Columbia (Arnold Amateur 2014 champ) tremendous upper body. Ripped glutes….. freaky hams. Good back lat spread. Back double can use more thickness…. Great pro debut. Huge teardrop quads. Thick striated pecs.

10. CEDRIC MCMILLAN: incredible structure.. looks huge and ripped tonight. Striated glutes more than we’ve ever seen before. This is the best CEDRIC ever……huge back lat spread. Tiny waistline. Just beautiful muscle to look at. It’ll be a battle between CEDRIC and RAMI… Cedric is harder from front to back……

**** BIG RAMI is so scary next to these guys…. He’s enormous…. While he’s not quite shredded from behind……it’s gonna be hard to not give this to him. He dwarfs VICTOR… JUANS legs look like toothpicks next to RAMI…. CEDRIC is more conditioned and clearly the closest to RAMI. But even CEDRIC looks small compared to RAMI. I give CEDRIC back double… I’d like to give CEDRIC BACK LAT too but RAMI’s back is a mile wide (with a V-TAPER)…. CEDRIC may have AB-THIGH….but RAMI is too good for these guys.. He doesn’t even need GLUTES to win (that’s how good he is). I’d go:

**** RAMI is too much for these guys……which is saying a lot seeing that CEDRIC is so dominant and he may be his best ever. RAMI is so good that even at 90% of his best, he still BLOWS AWAY this lineup. He’s so complete and cartoonish it’s truly amazing and enjoyable to watch.

MARTA AGULAR: Tiny waist…. Ripped abs. very pretty…. Great tan……..super polished looking

ASHLEY SEBERA: striking white blond hair. Cute structure…… not as conditioned as I’d like to see. Glutes are soft

BETHANY WAGNER CISTERNINO: tiny waist… ripped abs. flaring quads. Nice v-taper ….. glutes can be a little harder

RYALL GRABER: terrific conditioning. Good back development. Very polished

TANJI JOHNSON: great delts. Excellent stage presence. Conditioning is good for Tanji…. Might be hard to beat overall

REGIANE DASILVA: Shredded. Great back width and thickness. Ripped midsection. Great tan

MICHELLE BLANK: terrific stage presence. Great conditioning. Her look looks very fresh.. I might like her best….

Please Chris I beg you, in the name of all the bodybuilding fan that worship aesthetics do something ! Beyeke has one of the best structure in the bodybuilding world, be his condition is never great not even slightly good!!

Would you be ok to work with him just once? I'm sure you can do something spectacular with him. He is SO genetically gifted !
