Have seen some ttokkyo stuff out of Mexico recently...Has all the looks of BS, and I know they're out of business so it's another lab I guess, but have you seen it tested? Enanthate specifically.....Lots of crap down there I haven't seen before...Do you or John know the scoop on the border scene? I remember reading John saying it was all crap in a MD article

You recommend the cheat meal be the last meal of the day. I always figured this was to prevent further cheating throughout the day. Is there any OTHER reason for it being the last meal? Say someone is very strict and can resist cravings, could they have a cheat breakfast if the rest of the day was in order? Thanks!

DP:  You should have the cheat meal at the end of the day so that you don't (1) continue to cheat all day or (2) miss meals the rest of the day because you're too ful.

For the drugs that dont convert to DHT ( Deca, Winny, Tren, Primo ) what is the best way to group them? And what dosages would be optimal?
DP:  DECA (300mg 2x per week) and PRIMO (200-300mg per week)(8 weeks)

          TREN (100mg EOD) and WINNY (50mg EOD)

 

I know you advocate two 8 week cycles back to back, so a little advice would be great!

I am going through my first official cycle. I've dealt with prohormones in the past but am currently using 500 mgs of test cyp along with 30 mgs of dbol a day. I started them about 2 weeks apart and was just trying to figure out a protocol for when I go off cycle and for how long as I've been hearing multiple theories. In the anabolics 9th edition, it says to go off for roughly as long as you have been on the cycle but I've had friends tell me that if you stay on for 10 weeks that you only need to go off for 2 to 4 weeks and then go back onto another cycle. I know that the book has a PCT protocal of clomid, hcg, and nolvadex but I wanted to know your opinion as I lost the old thread from that other site and don't remember what you said exactly in that one. I am 23 years old and plan on competing in 2010 but just wanted your input on this as your advice on the old board was very helpful.

DP: My basic guidelines are to go on for 16 weeks and off for at least 8-12.  My PCT is listed in depth in this thread.

When I do keto diet my eyes come dilated like the iris change size and the pupils come black and often, isnt that weird or bizzare? do you have an idea what can cause that?

Dave its a blessing your back. I'm starting week 6 of your diet, and also taking your lipolyze, and somalyze and im wandering if its ok to take clen with the two. And also im in college and in a advanced level nutrition class, and we were discussing ketones and ketosis. And in the book, it said while in ketosis that your breath will have a fruity smell, well i told my bitch teacher that i was in ketosis right now, and that my breath lacked a fruity smell, and she ignorantly said "well your not in ketosis then, because if you were you'd be looking sick and your breath'd have a fruity smell" I wanted to flip out on her, but not my style. Did you notice a fruity smell while in ketosis???

DP:  You can't always get angry and fight ignorance, be more patient. "Ketone breath" does exist but it's different for everyone and only some people experience it.  As for looking sick, you know that's bull shit!

Dave, I recently had a sebaceous cyst lanced, and am having to have the dressing changed every two days.....because if this, i havnt been training for the last 3 weeks and it look slike its gonna be a while before im totally done with this treatment....i was following your diet before all this started for about 4 weeks and im sticking to it so i dont put on weight while im inactive.....you think this is a good idea? Any modifications for someone not training? lower the fats?

DP:  It depends on your metabolism - keep the diet as it is and adjust it if you start to gain weight.  The first adjustment should be small - take 5g of protein and 5g fat off each meal.

On contest day you recommend burgers and fries at McDonalds. Is that the only meal? Or should I throw in another egg meal?

DP:  It doesn't have to McDonalds! You should have another meal if time permits. Wait 3 hours after the burger/fries and have another egg meal or some chicken/rice.

What would you recommend for someone wanting to start PH for the first time? Would the ALR stack Bad Ass Mass Stack be enough by itself? Or would I need to supplement with more for PCT?

DP: I never recommend Pro-Hormones or Pro- Steroids. They are often liver toxic and the results are unpredictable because the substances are so new.  Bad ASS Mass has given a lot of people great gains, but I haven't seen enough use to know if PCT is needed.  As a safety measure, take TESTOSTOLYZE (1 pill 3x per day) as your PCT.  That should be a good insurance policy.

Dave you say that all meals are interchangeable, but there has to be a limit to how many liquid meals one can have. What would you say the limit is for protein shakes per day. I read an article in college about a person dying from being on a strictly liquid protein diet. I'm not convinced this was the sole reasoning of death. Also how many omega 3 eggs can one eat per day before it becomes unhealthy

DP:  I don't think it's ideal, but you could have all shakes

I hear alot of different opinions on IGF-LR3; an effective GDA but no real hyperplasia. Talking to bodybuilders using it, they still love it for quality growth. What´s up with IGF-LR3?

DP: I have been recommending IGF for years and I, personally, got great results with it.  Remember, protein hormones like GH and IGF-1 don't give crazy dramatic results but, instead, they do give steady consistent gains.

Dave what is you take on Legumes (kidney beans, lentils and what not) in part of your diet?

DP:  While beans do have lots of fiber, I feel they still have too many carbs to keep you in ketosis.

Hey Dave, what should the "cheat meal" contain? Could you give me an example?

DP:  It should satisfy your cravings and it should contain a well-rounded meal (include protein, fat, and carbs). Don't stuff yourself to death!

what is a typical AS stack that you suggest for a woman on season and for a bulk?

DP:  10mg Anvar per day for 8 weelks...followed by 12.5mg Winstrol per day for 6-8 weeks.

Dave do you just recommend cables for arm growth?

DP:  Not just cables; you also need to mix in dumbbell curls, barbell curls, and preacher curls........but I like to focus on concentration movements.

Discipline, hard work, the right equipment, the right knowledge, and enough luck.

If someone would come to you and the person is really motivated and asks you to take him under your wing, let him live with you and be his personal trainer day in day out.. What would you say? (Considering the person has potential)

DP:  That's not necessary for success.  I can give you all the help you need over email....the hard part is up to you.  I wish I had the time to be available to train people in the gym.  I spend all my time home answering my Q&A Thread.......lol

Hey Dave...for your diet instead of all natural PB can I just take fish oils caps? If so how much?

DP:  This would give you too much fish oil and throw off your omega3-6 balance. If you don't want to use PB, try macadamia nut oil (1-1.5 tablespoons

Also what r ur thoughts of metaformin on a cut?

DP:  It's unnecessary on my diet - the minimal carbs (and ensuing state of ketosis) keeps blood sugar levels ideal.

Would a Pre work-out NO product containing 21g carbs take you out of ketosis?

DP:  It certainly would.  Save it for the offseason.
