What got you into the sport of bodybuilding?

I originally weight-lifted for football and after high school transitioned into bodybuilding with the influence of my uncle, Tony Sindayen, great bodybuilders, Zaldy Mercado and Romeo Villarino who were top national competitors.

So far in your iron journey what has been your favorite, most memorable and most powerful moment?

That is easy! As a lightweight, in 2013 Jeremy Williams’ Washington State Open, I won the Overall! I am very proud of that especially because I am a natural bodybuilder. One of the best moments of my life, 3rd to marrying my wife and the birth of my daughter.

Do you follow any particular type of bodybuilding protocol for your training (e.g., volume, DC, Max OT, etc.)?

Mostly high-intensity training, volume training once a week.

What was the most difficult body part for you to develop and can you tell us what strategy you adopted to overcome this weakness?

Back and Chest. Lifted995747 10152089542828957 1786643991 n heavy and to absolute failure with a mixture of various training principles. And lots of stretching.

If you were to be granted a super human power what would it be and why?

To rid the world of negative people, hahaha!!! Can’t stand negative people!

What are your hobbies and interests outside of the bodybuilding world?

I love spending time with my wife, Loraine and my daughter, Macaela, breakdancing, singing karaoke, playing basketball, cycling with my brother-in-law, John Juge, and watching my favorite football player, Tom Brady, and team the New England Patriots

What is your FAVORITE part of RX Muscle.com?

Seeing competitor pictures to get know my competition
