One of the most intense American strength athletes shows us in this training video, even the best can suffere injury. In this video Vince Urbank's ballistic training with the Slingshot bench assist device shows that even with the best safety practices in place, injury can occur anywhere. Vince clearly has a positive attitude about his recovery and we wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him in Manhattan at America's Strongest Man this summer.
