The Ab Series: Marching Plank

 

Join us in "The Ab Series" as we help you get your best abs ever.  Today we are looking at the "Marching Plank" which is sure to tighten up your midsection.

Instructions: Get into plank position.  Lift one leg towards the ceiling, keeping the rest of your body in line.  Return to start, then repeat with other leg.
