The Ab Series: Leg Drop

 

Join us in the "Ab Series" as we show you  the best exercises to tighten and tone up that midsection.  Today we are reviewing the "Leg Drop."

Instruction: Lie face up on bench so that your legs are hanging off the edge parallell to floor, with feet close together, and grasp the edges of the bench with your hands for stability.  Lower one leg until the foot is about 6 to 8 inches from the ground, then return to start.  Repeat with the other leg.  This is a challenging move, so don't expect to be able to do more than 20 reps per set.
